The 2012 Olympic Team Trials for swimming begin Monday, June 25. This year the NBC Sports Group will provide unprecedented coverage as American swimmers compete for a spot to represent our country in the London Games. Cowles Qualifies for Age Group Championships
Congratulations to Ben Cowles who achieved his first ever Age Group Championship qualifying time. Ben qualified in the 50 freestyle at the Aloha Invitational with a time of 31.53.

Congratulations to our following Swimmers of the Month for May:
YMCA Division: Marcia Shaw
Marcia has established herself as one of the best kickers within the YMCA Division. She has a great passion for swimming and continues to focus on improving her technique by her willingness to try new things. Congratulations Marcia!
USA Division: Ceci Smith
Ceci missed only three practices in the entire month of May. She has an excellent work ethic and is not afraid to go beyond her comfort zone. Her work ethic and commitment are a direct correlation to the success she has achieved this long course season. Congratulations Ceci!
